Mental Health and Addiction Recovery WRAP Series
A module workshop for people who experience mental health and addiction issues.
A Wellness Recovery Action Plan is an individualized system for self monitoring and responding to mental health and addiction issues.
Participants develop their own Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), define their own wellness and goals while learning recovery concepts, skills and strategies.
WRAP is a nine week educational support series.

Recovery & You – A Mood Disorder Support Group
Are you living with a mood disorder such as depression or bipolar disorder?
Would you like to get more information on resources and coping skills to help you better understand how to live with a mental illness?
Would you like to meet and share experiences with other individuals who are consumer/survivors of the mental health system?
Recovery & You Support Group includes: Wellness Tools and Creating a Routine, Boosting Self Compassion and Managing Depressive Thinking, Communication Skills, Managing Anxiety and Self Care.
