If you or someone you know needs support, help is available – there are people who will be there for you without judgement. Listed below are various support lines available to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
If this is an emergency, or you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest hospital or emergency department.
If you are thinking about suicide, or you’re worried about someone else, call or text 9-8-8. Trained responders will listen to you and provide support with compassion, providing a safe space for you to talk.
If you’re going through a tough time, it can be really helpful just to talk about it. Our partners provide free support over the phone, to help you through problems big and small. When you call one of the numbers below, you’ll be connected with a professional counsellor who will listen non-judgmentally to whatever’s on your mind.
If you are in distress or crisis, call the Mental Health Crisis Line of Grey Bruce. This line is staffed by trained volunteers and is available to help serve individuals in Grey and Bruce Counties.
If you or your children are in danger, help is only a phone call away. Women and children can call our crisis line anytime.
