CMHA Grey Bruce Workplace Education partners with employers, leaders, organizations, and teams to build mentally healthy workplaces through practical training, tools, and support.
Our education sessions are designed to strengthen mental health awareness, reduce stigma, improve confidence in responding to concerns, and help organizations create psychologically healthy and safe environments where people can thrive.

Psychological Health and Safety Training
CMHA Grey Bruce offers specialized Psychological Health and Safety education designed to help organizations integrate psychological health and safety throughout workplace systems and practices.
Participants learn how psychological health and safety can become embedded into workplace culture, policies, leadership practices, communication, and day to day operations.
Using the Opening Minds Psychological Health and Safety Integration Framework, organizations can better understand how to:

Booking Information
Anyone can request workplace education, training, or consultation services.
Fees vary depending on session length, format, and customization. Some training opportunities may be grant supported when funding is available.
Availability varies throughout the year. Booking four to six weeks in advance is recommended whenever possible.
