Apartment Program

The Apartment program is affordable transitional housing up to 4 years that provides opportunities for individuals with a longstanding serious mental illness and/or substance use involvement to stabilize and establish connections with the community. The program uses a holistic, strengths-based approach to support individuals towards living a full, independent, and satisfying life.  Individuals in this program are supported by Outreach Support Workers.

Preventing homelessness and promoting self-determination by supporting individual recovery are core elements of this program. This is a time limited service that is focused on supporting individuals to live as independently as possible.
