Walk for Courage 2026

The Walk for Courage is returning on Saturday, July 25, 2026, bringing communities together in support of mental health and recovery services across Grey Bruce.
Participants can join the walk in:
• Owen Sound
• Hanover
• Virtually from anywhere
The Walk for Courage began as a way to honour the memory of Jeff Courage and has grown into a meaningful community event focused on connection, hope, and support for individuals and families impacted by mental health challenges.
Whether you are walking with friends, family, coworkers, or on your own, everyone is welcome.
Funds raised through the Walk for Courage help support mental health and recovery programs and services provided by CMHA Grey Bruce Mental Health and Recovery Services throughout Grey and Bruce counties.
