My Dad’s Group – Owen Sound
Looking to connect with other dads and build confidence in your parenting? My Dad’s Group is a welcoming, supportive space where you can share experiences, learn new skills, and strengthen your role as a parent.
This free 12 week program brings dads together to talk, learn, and grow in a relaxed, judgment free environment.

- Connecting with other dads
- Parenting strategies and communication skills
- Stages of child development and how kids grow
