In a world where mental health awareness is more crucial than ever, organizations like the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Grey Bruce are at the forefront of creating positive change. Recently, CMHA Grey Bruce’s Jackie Ralph, facilitated an Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) course, and CTV News was there.

If you’re interested in joining the mission to prevent suicide and promote mental wellness, ASIST training is an excellent place to start. CMHA Grey Bruce offers ASIST courses to the public, ensuring that more individuals have the knowledge and skills needed to save lives.
