CMHA Grey Bruce Raises 7345.70 in Support of Youth and Adult Education
The Artisan’s Craft Show and Sale brought people together this past weekend for a warm and community minded event. CMHA Grey Bruce was grateful to once again receive the door, and thanks to the generosity of guests who often gave more than the three dollar entry fee, an amazing $7,460.70 was raised for youth and adult education programs in our region. This brings the four year total raised through the show to more than $21,000.
This year’s amount is slightly higher than what appeared on the big cheque, as tap payments were processed separately and not included in the onsite number.
With much better weather than last year’s stormy weekend, the event welcomed a steady flow of visitors. The Artisan’s Holiday Show and Sale continues to be a highlight in our region, showcasing beautiful handmade work from talented artisans. We are deeply grateful to the organizers who continue to support local mental health by giving CMHA Grey Bruce the door with no strings attached. Their commitment makes a real difference.
A number of CMHA Grey Bruce staff and board members volunteered throughout the three days to greet guests and collect admissions, ensuring that every dollar raised goes directly to mental health education in our community. We truly appreciate everyone who stepped up to help.
To all who attended, donated, volunteered, or spread the word, thank you. Your support strengthens CMHA Grey Bruce and helps bring mental health education and support closer to home.
