CMHA Grey Bruce Named One of HRD Canada’s Best Places to Work for 2026

Canadian Mental Health Association Grey Bruce has been recognized as one of HRD Canada’s Best Places to Work for 2026, an honour based on confidential employee feedback that recognizes organizations with outstanding workplace cultures.

Owen Sound, ON, July 20, 2026 – Canadian Mental Health Association Grey Bruce has been named one of the winners in the HRDC Best Places to Work 2026, presented by Human Resources Director Canada, recognizing organizations across Canada that have built exceptional workplace cultures based on direct employee feedback.

The award reflects CMHA Grey Bruce’s commitment to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired by a shared purpose. Every day, CMHA Grey Bruce’s team delivers a broad range of mental health, addiction, housing, crisis intervention, peer support, and community education services that help strengthen communities throughout Grey and Bruce counties.

The HRDC Best Places to Work awards, presented annually by Human Resources Director Canada, recognize organizations that demonstrate outstanding workplace cultures through a rigorous evaluation process that includes confidential employee feedback. Employees assess their workplace experience across areas including leadership, culture, communication, flexibility, recognition, and professional development.

CMHA Grey Bruce was also honoured with the Community Service Not-for-Profit Award at the 2026 Owen Sound & District Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards, recognizing the organization’s positive impact across Grey and Bruce counties.
