Recovery College

CMHA Grey Bruce Recovery College provides an innovative learning space where anyone can access free courses, webinars, workshops, and events to learn, gain new skills, connect with others in their community and explore new roles for themselves in a supportive environment. 

The Recovery College offers in-person and virtual learning in a welcoming environment to build social connection, hope and optimism, identity, meaning, and empowerment through education. 

The College offers a variety of courses that will be accessible to anyone who wants to learn about recovery, self-management and overall well-being.  

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is an ongoing course that builds an individualized system for self-monitoring and responding to stressors, identifying early warning signs, developing wellness tools, coping skills, and crisis plans. 

  • Goals & Objectives

    Provide a learning space where anyone can access free courses, webinars, workshops, and events to learn, gain new skills, connect with others in their community and explore new roles for themselves in a supportive environment.

  • Is This Program for Me? 
    • You are 16 years of age or older.
    • You are interested in learning about recovery, self-management and over all well-being, as well as the Wellness Recovery Action Plan.
  • What We Offer
    • Free courses, webinars, workshops and events.
    • Connection with others in the community and explore new roles in a supportive environment.
  • How Do I Get Connected? 

    Anyone can make a referral. Please call the office at 519-371-3642 ext. 1229 to register.

    There is no cost for this program.

  • Is There a Waitlist for This Program? 

    There is no waitlist for this program, but please note that courses are offered during set times throughout the year. Contact our office to learn about the courses currently being offered.
