Housing & Support Programs (formerly known as Community Connections)

We are a recovery-oriented service that provides affordable housing with a wide range of person-centered support services for adults living with serious mental illness.

We strive to foster and support independence and confidence, in order to help individuals make self-determined choices about the support they receive.

Working in partnership with you and others, we can create a respectful environment to improve quality of life. Everyone is treated with dignity and encouraged to achieve their chosen recovery-oriented course of action.

Our role is to provide high-quality housing with support and work with you to determine your goals and strategies for succeeding.

Services are provided by team members located in Owen Sound, Wiarton, Hanover, Markdale, Southampton, and Kincardine.
