If you or someone you know needs support, help is available – there are people who will be there for you without judgement. Listed below are various support lines available to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Calls to Women’s House are always answered by a trained, supportive counsellor 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Counselling by phone and appropriate referrals are given to callers in an effort to help women in crisis obtain the best possible service from whatever their location.

Westover counsellors are available 24 hours a day to all Ontario residents via phone for crisis, counselling, intervention, and information on community services.
