Apartment Program
With access to approximately 100 apartment units around Grey & Bruce, this program provides subsidized rental units and outreach support. Preventing homelessness and promoting self-determination by supporting individual recovery are core elements of this program.
Outreach Support
This person-centered program works with people to determine what is personally important for them to achieve. Team members help individuals to identify meaningful goals and effective ways for each person to reach those goals.
The program provides safe and affordable apartments to approximately 100 individuals throughout Grey and Bruce counties. In addition, we offer recovery-oriented outreach services for those in need of a safe and affordable place to live and mental health supports.
We work alongside you, enabling you to exercise your rights and to enjoy a meaningful life in your community while striving to achieve your full potential.
We work to promote health, housing, purpose and community. We understand that a person’s recovery is built on his or her strengths, talents, resources and individual resiliency.
We provide services to any individual living with mental illness who may be homeless or at risk of homelessness and would benefit from outreach support.
Referrals for the Apartment Program and Outreach Services can be made by anyone and should be directed to our Central Intake Office, located in Owen Sound. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Individuals may call to book an appointment or just drop into the office.
