Who is this workshop for?  
Anyone in a caregiving role either formally, or informally. Life is full of complex situations, demands and stressors. This workshop is appropriate for anyone looking for more tools to alleviate stress, those feeling the strain of their caregiving demands, and who would love to spend a day surrounded by other caregivers.

Is there a cost?
This workshop is pay what you can on a sliding scale.

What can I expect the workshop to be like?
Over the course of the day, we will take a look at our different vulnerabilities (what are the different holes in our bucket), protective factors (what can help mitigate the size of those holes), and the different resources and tools available to us.

You will receive a workbook featuring training tools provided by the Tend Academy, complimentary coffee, tea, and refreshments, and a catered lunch.

Who runs this workshop?
Your facilitators for the day are CMHA Grey Bruce’s very own Jackie Ralph and Jasmine O’Hara.

Jackie is the Awareness & Education Supervisor at CMHA Grey Bruce has 20 years of experience in community awareness and education in the mental health and addictions sector.

Jasmine is the Community Education Coordinator at CMHA Grey Bruce has over 15 years of experience in Child and Youth Care, Case Management and Harm Reduction training.
