Recovery College
CMHA Grey Bruce Recovery College provides an innovative learning space where anyone can access free courses, webinars, workshops, and events to learn, gain new skills, connect with others in their community and explore new roles for themselves in a supportive environment.
Social Recreation & Rehabilitation / Group Services
The Social Recreation and Rehabilitation/Group Services program offers drop-in and scheduled programing at 5 different sites across Grey and Bruce counties. Each location offers a range of different recreational programing opportunities that are scheduled in consultation with the members.
Fresh Roots Café & Catering
Fresh Roots employs people with mental health experience, some who have never worked, and some who haven’t worked in a long time.
Fresh Roots Food Forest & Garden Program

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
ASIST is a two-day, 14-hour workshop featuring powerful audiovisuals, discussions, and simulations. Participants learn how to prevent suicide by recognizing signs, providing skilled intervention, and developing a safety plan.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)
Participants will learn the signs and symptoms of mental health problems and where and how to get help in Grey and Bruce.
SafeTALK
This training prepares anyone over the age of 15 to identify persons with thoughts of suicide and connect them to suicide first aid resources.
Employment & ID Services
CMHA Grey Bruce has partnered with Shoreline Employment Services and Career Horizons to provide employment opportunities to persons on a disability pension.
